Returns & Refunds Policy

At DW Spare Parts, we take pride in supplying quality spare parts for the printing industry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent returns process.

  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Electronic parts that have been opened, installed, or used
  • Custom-made, special-order, or discontinued parts
  • Consumables (e.g., inks, toners, rollers) that have been opened
  • Any product that has been tampered with or damaged due to improper use or installation
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@dwspareparts.com  or call +27 82 411 4296 or +27 71 337 4969 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the package.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  1. Refunds
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, depending on the item’s condition and type.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping if the error is on our end.
  1. Warranty Claims
  • Some items may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us to determine warranty eligibility and begin a claim process.
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or supplier.
